Naresh Kadyan, Chairman - PFA Haryana / Representative of OIPA in India rescued scheduled one animal from the captivity of a kalender, animal was handed over to the Wildlife officials at Faridabad for legal action but till date no action where as PCCF, Haryana spoken to the CWLW, Haryana. Wild animal shifted to the Delhi zoo.
In another case a sick female elephant was used for riding in the tourist complex Dabchik, Hodal since last 10 years, PFA Haryana lodged a complaint with the SHO, Police Station, Hodal along with DFO, Faridabad.
A notice to the Wild Life authorities under section 55 of the Wild Life Protection Act, 1972 served but till date no action against the offenders / sick female elephant is still in the Country in resort at Kosi in UP - adjoining area of Hodal.
